You'll be joining a business where decisions are made quickly, communication is open, and everyone works together to deliver exceptional outcomes.Your new role Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a $20M commercial project You'll be responsible for managing site operations from start to finish, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout construction.While this role will initially focus on a commercial project, the business also delivers a diverse range of healthcare, industrial, fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney, providing long-term project variety and career stability.Key responsibilities include: Managing daily site operations and programme delivery Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards Client and stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle Managing high-end finishes and detailed joinery packages Working closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure successful project outcome What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects Carpentry trade background preferred Proven experience delivering projects valued around $10M-$20M+ Strong understanding of high-end joinery and finishes Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants A proactive, team-first approach that aligns with a collaborative culture What you'll get in return Opportunity to lead a flagship $20M commercial project Strong and secure pipeline of commercial, healthcare and industrial work Work with experienced, supportive and down-to-earth directors Collaborative team environment with excellent staff retention Competitive salary package Long-term career opportunities as the business continues to grow What you need to do now Please send your CV to [email protected], or call 0490437182LHS 297508 Apply Now
