We are seeking motivated Team Leaders to join our growing team across Western Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. About the Role As a Team Leader, you will supervise and work alongside a small crew undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance activities. You'll be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while leading by example in the field.
