Working across a variety of civil projects, you will be responsible for operating graders to achieve precise final trim outcomes while supporting the successful delivery of roadworks, subdivisions and other civil infrastructure projects.You will work closely with site supervisors and project teams to maintain productivity, safety and quality standards while contributing to a positive team culture.What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience operating a grader in civil construction environmentsProven Final Trim experienceStrong understanding of civil construction and earthworks projectsWhite CardCurrent Driver's Licence and reliable transportCommitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work effectively within a team environmentStrong communication skills and attention to detailContactable work referencesAustralian Citizenship requiredWhat you'll get in return In return, you will secure an ongoing opportunity with a reputable civil contractor offering competitive rates of $40-$45 per hour plus penalties, dependent on experience.
