builder continues to secure major projects and is seeking an experienced General Foreman to play a key role on a prestigious 60+ storey development.Your new role As General Foreman, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale luxury residential tower, coordinating trades, driving programme outcomes and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout construction.Key responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating multiple subcontractor trades on site.Driving construction programmes and daily site activitiesMonitoring productivity and maintaining project milestonesEnsuring WHS compliance across all work frontsOverseeing quality control and workmanship standardsManaging site logistics and trade sequencingSupporting the Site Manager in delivering project objectivesLeading, mentoring and motivating site teamsWhat you'll need to succeed Previous experience as a General Foreman on large commercial or residential projectsHigh-rise construction experience, ideally on towers exceeding 20 storeysStrong leadership and subcontractor management skillsExcellent understanding of construction sequencing and methodologyProven ability to manage site productivity and programme requirementsStrong commitment to safety and quality outcomesQBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferredCurrent White CardWhat you'll get in return Work on a landmark 60+ storey luxury residential developmentJoin one of Australia's most established apartment buildersLong-term pipeline of major high-rise projectsStrong support from experienced project teamsCompetitive salary package and career progression opportunitiesOpportunity to contribute to some of Brisbane's most iconic developmentsWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to [email protected], or call me now on 0413 395 183.
