You will become part of a collaborative Health & Safety team that plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence and organisational performance for over 500 employees across Australia.Your new role As the Health & Safety Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders, project teams, and head office employees to provide practical and commercially focused health and safety support across a diverse range of blue and white collar workforcesPartnering with and advising employees and leaders to drive effective risk management practices, and support project safety planningWorking in partnership with the business, operations and people & culture, to drive a high performance safety culturePerforming site visits, on-site and phone based coaching on all safety issuesIncident management, including investigations, corrective actions and reportingProviding training and education for all levels of the business in safety processes and proceduresContribute to the preparation and delivery of an integrated ISO certification and surveillance audit programme (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001), including documentation readiness, corrective action tracking and evidence compilation.Maintain and update governance documentation, including policies, processes registers and documentation, as well as the ongoing improvement of health and safety systems, processes and reporting.
