diligence through to development applications and approval processes, supporting projects ranging from local community facilities to major public transport infrastructure initiatives.Your new role As a Contractor Planning professional, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of urban planning and project activities, including preparing planning reports, conducting research, carrying out site inspections, managing development applications, and supporting urban planning projects. You will provide high-level technical advice and project management support while working across a range of land use and infrastructure developments. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Brisbane. What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning.Current C Class Driver's Licence.Strong knowledge of Queensland planning legislation and the ability to interpret local, state, and federal planning provisions and systems.Demonstrated experience preparing and managing a variety of land use development applications within an urban environment.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, research, and project management skills.
