Backed by new national leadership, significant investment, and strong community partnerships, this is a unique opportunity to join a firm building a high-performing presence in the ACT market with clear long-term career pathways.Your new role Due to continued growth, opportunities are available for junior solicitors and associates (3+ years PAE) across personal injury (workers compensation, public liability, medical negligence), abuse law, and employment law.You will manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced practitioners, contributing to high-quality legal outcomes for clients. The role will involve drafting legal documents, managing files end-to-end, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and progressing matters with a high level of autonomy. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the Canberra practice.What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will be admitted to practice law in Australia and bring relevant minimum 1-2 years post-admission experience in personal injury, abuse law, workers compensation, or medical negligence.You will demonstrate strong drafting and file management skills, along with the ability to work independently and drive matters forward with minimal supervision. A high level of emotional intelligence and resilience is essential, as you will be working closely with vulnerable clients.
