Insolvency & Commercial Disputes Lawyer (4+PQE)

The firm prides itself on being collaborative, approachable and invested in the long-term development of its lawyers.Your new roleDue to continued growth, opportunities have arisen for two lawyers to join the firm's highly regarded Insolvency & Commercial Litigation team. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will be involved in a broad range of matters including:Corporate and personal insolvency mattersCommercial disputes and litigationRecovery and enforcement proceedingsContractual and shareholder disputesInvestigations and insolvency-related claimsAdvisory work relating to restructurings and insolvency appointmentsUnlike many roles at this level, you will have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of matters, appear before courts and tribunals, manage your own files under supervision and work directly with clients from an early stage.
