The Melbourne office is continuing to invest in and grow its Restructuring & Insolvency practice following recent strategic hires and a significant increase in workflow. The team is involved in a broad mix of restructuring, insolvency and commercial disputes work, acting on complex and high-profile matters for insolvency practitioners, financiers, corporates, directors and other stakeholders.This growth has created opportunities for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded team with an excellent reputation in the market.Your new role Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will be involved in a diverse range of restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation matters:Corporate restructurings and turnaround mattersFormal insolvency appointmentsInsolvency-related disputes and investigationsRecovery and enforcement proceedingsDirector and shareholder disputesComplex commercial litigationFunded litigation and class action-related mattersThe team is known for its collaborative and supportive culture, with lawyers working closely together on matters and sharing knowledge.
