offices in Germany.The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Department’s daily operations: personnel administration, benefits, payroll etc. He/she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the centralised HR department and applicable local country legislations.Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle including procedures in TransPerfect’s offices in GermanyPartner with the recruitment and relevant department to best coordinate employees’ onboardingGather required onboarding and separation paperwork in line with local regulations and Company procedures and policieManage employees’ absence and leave and coordinate submission of necessary documentation for payroll Coordinate relevant training programsSupport the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation programsImplement and localize personnel policies and procedures and maintain compliance with country regulationsHave a robust understanding and practical knowledge of Company processes and policies to advise employees and managersManage the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications, payroll transfers, etc.Maintain and implement HRIS (i.e. Workday) and employee file integrityRun and create standard reporting from HRIS (turnover, benefits, etc.)Administer different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policiesSupport and advise on employee relations procedures e.g. grievances and disciplinaries. This could involve arranging meetings and taking notesPerform operational support to the different office(s) in GermanyComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor Minimum 4 years HR experience within a multinational companyMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with specialisation in Human ResourcesProficiency level in MS Office (specifically Excel)Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent German communication skills (written and verbal)General knowledge and understanding of benefits/compensationAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situationsAbility to handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerPositive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast paceAbility to work effectively and independently across organizational boundariesAttention to detail, problem-solving competenciesWorking knowledge with HRIS e.g. WorkdayProblem solving and analytical skillsMaintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
