Watch our video to explore what makes us unique.You will:Review smaller vendor contracts: check them against our standard criteria, flag anything that needs a closer look from our Legal Counsels, and take the routine cases through to approval yourselfBring structure to our contract landscape: classify vendors into our vendor categories, build a clean filing logic, and make sure every agreement ends up where it belongs instead of in someone's inboxSupport our data protection work in close collaboration with our Legal Counsel Privacy & IT: reviewing DPAs and vendor privacy terms, keeping our records of processing activities up to date, and flagging where personal data is involvedDraft and manage low-level partnership agreements with student associations, from first draft to signatureSupport the team on civil law and IP topics, from trademark and copyright questions to content usageGrow into handling simple B2B cases independently over your first months with usYou bring:You are enrolled in a law programme in Germany and in your 5th semester or beyond — we're open on where in Germany you study and are locatedGerman at C2 level and English at C1 or above: our contracts and counterparties are largely German, our company language is English, and you'll move between both dailyAn interest in data protection — you don't need to be a GDPR expert, but you should be the kind of person who notices when something touches personal data and asks about itFirst exposure to or genuine interest in civil law and IP law, whether from your studies or a previous roleA structured, reliable way of working: the kind of person who finishes the filing, not just the interesting part of the taskClear, precise writing — you'll draft and comment on contracts that other AMBOSSians rely onYou enjoy:You work independently and with ambition, but in close collaboration with a team of three seniors — you don't need someone checking in on you to make progressYou pick things up hands-on and want to keep growing beyond the tasks you already knowYou have good judgement about what you can decide yourself and what needs the owner of a senior team member and you'd rather ask once too often than once too littleYou're curious about how legal work connects to the commercial side of a business, and you want to see contracts in their real context rather than only in a seminarBenefits:AMBOSSians tell us that innovative work keeps them energized and employee benefits help them to feel appreciated and empowered.
