Our products represent the frontier of what intelligent, dexterous automation can do — and we are only getting started.Overview:We are seeking a Product Manager Intern to support the product management team across the product lifecycle — from concept and roadmap development to field deployment across 50+ production sites. This is a high-learning, cross-functional role at the intersection of AI, robotics hardware, and industrial operations. Working alongside experienced product leaders, you will help bridge communication between our AI/R&D team, software & hardware engineering, solutions architects, and customers — assisting in translating real-world operational complexity into scalable product requirements.Your Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Roadmap SupportAssist in maintaining and updating the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliabilitySupport priority alignment — monthly to annual — in accordance with commercial goals and technical constraintsAI & Technical OwnershipCollaborate with the R&D team to help refine training data strategies, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholdsHelp collect and analyze field failure data to feed back into Cortex training modelsCustomer & Field CollaborationSpend time at production sites; turn operator observations and edge cases into structured requirementsAssist in drafting capability specs, performance SLAs, and integration requirements for customer-facing deliveryCross-functional ExecutionSupport backlog management; help prioritize items by impact, frequency, & strategic fitCoordinate with engineering leads to track task completion, identify dependencies, and maintain momentumTrack KPIs: uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, time-to-valueAssist in creating product collateral and supporting material for commercial and pre-sales technical discussionsEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related fieldStrong interest in robotics and AIAbility to learn quickly and contribute to complex technical projectsTechnical SkillsFamiliarity with robot software stacks (ROS2, Zenoh, motion planning, control, perception pipelines)Can engage credibly with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and deployment criteriaUnderstands hardware-software co-design tradeoffs and their downstream software impactProduct SkillsHelps gather field feedback and engineering constraints to support clear requirement draftingAssists in writing and updating PRDs and technical briefs for engineering teamsBasic awareness of EU Machinery Regulation, ISO 10218/15066, and AI Act obligationsSupports commercial enablement by creating product collateral and documentationSoft SkillsProactive and eager to learn; takes initiative to support project progressStrong communicator capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersIdentifies potential risks early and works with senior team members to explore solutionsNice to HaveWarehouse automation, AMR, or logistics tech backgroundStartup experience where scope was undefinedWMS integration or fleet management exposureWhat We Offer:Wellpass (gym membership)Free meals at the workplaceFlexible working hours and the option to work from home when neededA defining role shaping one of the most technically ambitious robotics productsCompetitive compensation and excellent career development opportunities
