They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Director to lead a major fast-track highway project in Abu Dhabi. Position Overview: The Project Director will take overall responsibility for the delivery of a major AED 1.2 billion highway project with a fast-track 15-month programme. Working across both the project site and office, you will lead the project team and take responsibility for programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Project Leadership: Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project through to completion and handover. • Team Management: Lead and coordinate the project management, engineering, commercial and construction teams. • Programme & Delivery: Drive the fast-track construction programme, ensuring key milestones and project objectives are achieved. • Commercial Oversight: Maintain senior-level oversight of project costs, contractual matters, risk and overall commercial performance. • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the senior project representative, managing relationships with the client and key project stakeholders.
