HR Officer

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for teaching and non-teaching staff. • Prepare employment documentation, offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related correspondence. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files. • Support employee visa, Emirates ID, medical, and other employment-related processes in coordination with the PRO team. • Monitor staff attendance, leave, absences, and related records. • Prepare HR letters, certificates, confirmations, and other employee documentation. • Support staff offboarding, resignations, clearance, and end-of-service processes. • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times. • Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with school policies, UAE Labour Law, and relevant education authority requirements. • Assist with HR reports, staff data, and workforce records as required. • Update and maintain HR systems and employee databases. • Respond to employee HR queries professionally and in a timely manner. • Support staff engagement, wellbeing, and HR initiatives across the school. AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
