Russian Language Teacher (Nursery)

classroom environment that encourages children to develop confidence in using the Russian language. • Prepare weekly and daily lesson plans and teaching resources in line with the nursery curriculum and children's developmental needs. • Observe, assess, and record children's language development and progress. • Adapt activities to meet the individual learning needs and abilities of each child. • Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and communication development through engaging learning experiences. • Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour. • Ensure the health, safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children at all times. • Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and participation. • Work closely with the Nursery Manager, teachers, and teaching assistants to support a collaborative learning environment. • Participate in nursery events, celebrations, parent meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities. • Maintain accurate records and ensure all nursery policies and procedures are followed. AED 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
