and driving a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities - Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s HSE Management System. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, client requirements, and corporate standards. - Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews to drive operational excellence. - Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective actions. - Support project teams with risk assessments, HSE planning, and mitigation strategies. - Develop and deliver HSE training, awareness, and competency development programs. - Monitor HSE performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives and environmental stewardship across the business. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. - Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. - Proven experience supporting engineering, consulting, or EPC projects. - Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk management methodologies, and incident investigation techniques. - Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CMIOSH, Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly desirable.
