Responsibilities: - Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the firm's overall goals and objectives. - Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective and efficient business practices across departments. - Lead and mentor senior management teams to enhance performance and foster a collaborative work environment. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to optimize resources and profitability. - Implement process improvements and innovative solutions to increase productivity and client satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with legal industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of professional ethics. - Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to support business development and expansion initiatives. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement. AED 75,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
