will support the firm's billing and accounts receivable functions, including billing, invoicing, collections and e-billing. Responsibilities: 1. Assist with billing and accounts receivable activities. 2. Prepare and process pre-bills and final bills. 3. Generate invoices, credit notes and write-offs under supervision. 4. Prepare statements of account and assist with client collection follow-ups. 5. Maintain accurate client and matter billing information and rates. 6. Assist with VAT-related billing requirements. 7. Upload invoices and monitor their status through client e-billing portals. 8. Prepare routine billing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries. 9. Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information. AED 15,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
