Lead the daily performance of the sales team, setting individual/team KPIs, conducting pipeline reviews, coaching underperformers, developing top performers, and building a strong culture of continuous sales training and role-play. ? Own and optimize the complete sales funnel from lead generation through payment, ensuring disciplined CRM usage, consistent follow-ups, strong qualification, and identifying and resolving conversion gaps. ? Continuously improve sales performance through call reviews and coaching on scripts, objection handling, follow-up and closing techniques, while personally supporting difficult and high-value deals when required. ? Take full ownership of monthly sales targets, revenue collection and forecasting, while working closely with lawyers to ensure services are presented accurately and the sales team makes no inappropriate promises regarding legal outcomes. AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
