able to manage continuous production with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Operate granulators, crushers, shredders, and extrusion machines for LD/HD/PP recycling. • Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, feed rate, melt quality) during extrusion. • Perform basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure smooth operation. • Feed materials, manage output quality, and ensure consistent production flow. • Conduct routine cleaning of machines, screens, filters, and die heads. • Identify operational issues and report abnormalities to maintenance/engineering teams. • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. • Record daily production data, machine logs, and material consumption. AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
