Senior Government Relations Associate - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities: • Manage relationships and coordinate with government entities and regulatory authorities. • Support project registrations, permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions throughout the development lifecycle. • Liaise with ADREC, ADGM and DARI on real estate development requirements and project-related matters. • Monitor regulatory and policy changes and assess their potential impact on projects and operations. • Coordinate with Development, Design, Sales, Legal and external consultants to ensure regulatory alignment. • Support the preparation, review, and submission of project documentation, reports, permits, and regulatory requirements. • Follow up with government authorities to ensure timely approvals and resolution of regulatory matters. • Support the management of regulatory issues and identify potential compliance and regulatory risks. • Assist with government stakeholder meetings, briefings, consultations, and other engagement activities. • 5+ years of relevant experience within real estate or construction. • Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations, government processes, and regulatory requirements. • Proven experience dealing with government entities, authorities, and external stakeholders. • Experience with ADREC, ADGM and/or DARI would be highly relevant. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
