- Manage the overall boutique operations, ensuring exceptional luxury jewellery retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience. - Drive sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding targets, while monitoring key KPIs and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. - Leverage an extensive client database to build strong relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW clients, driving appointments, repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention through effective clienteling. - Lead and motivate the boutique team, organize VIP events and private appointments, manage high-value transactions, and provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
