tech packs covering design sketches, materials, construction, components, colors, sizing, measurements, and production specifications. • Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and product development teams to ensure designs are accurately executed. Review samples and prototypes, provide technical feedback, and make necessary design adjustments. • Research footwear trends, materials, colors, silhouettes, and construction techniques. Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation throughout the product development process. • Ensure the final product meets the approved design, quality, fit, construction, and material specifications. AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
