Take ownership of the restaurant’s guest arrival journey, including reservations, seating, table allocation, waitlists and special requests. ? Recognize and anticipate the preferences of VIPs, regular guests and international clientele, ensuring a highly personalized dining experience. ? Coordinate seamlessly with the restaurant, service and management teams to maintain smooth guest flow during busy service periods. ? Represent the restaurant with confidence, professionalism and genuine five-star hospitality while handling guest inquiries and concerns with discretion. AED 2,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
