Description: • Handle customer inquiries and actively promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and other travel-related services. • Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and services while maximizing sales opportunities. • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings while achieving assigned sales targets. • Maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent pre- and post-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.
