personalized table service while maintaining premium restaurant and fine-dining service standards. • Take orders, explain menu items, recommend dishes and beverages, and maximize revenue through effective upselling. • Manage assigned sections independently while coordinating with runners, junior waiters, kitchen, bar and restaurant management. • Build strong relationships with guests, handle VIPs and special requests, and resolve service issues professionally to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
