the successful candidate, you will manage a high-performing team, develop innovative conversion strategies, oversee multi-channel engagement campaigns, and work closely with colleagues across Admissions, Marketing and International Recruitment to maximise offer-to-enrolment conversion. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing team. Strong project and stakeholder management skills. A data-informed approach to improving performance. Experience in admissions, student recruitment or international higher education.
