requirement for a minimum of 40% of working time on campus, depending on business needs. When in the office, the role will be based in the Liverpool Science Park. We are looking to appoint a Programme Support Officer to work for the Mental Health Research for innovation Centre (M-RIC) which is part of the university Centre; Civic Health Innovation Labs (CHIL). M-RIC is an ambitious programme of work jointly delivered between University of Liverpool and Mersey care NHS Foundation Trust (MCFT). It has wide reaching benefits to the region whilst raising the profile of all partners as leaders in Mental Health Innovation. The ideal candidate will: Coordinate the planning, delivery and day-to-day management of the M-RIC Access to Data Work Package, including activities related to the Trusted Research Environment (TRE). Maintain programme governance and compliance documentation, supporting information governance, data governance, regulatory processes and Data Access Committee (DAC) activities. Manage project tracking and reporting, including action, decision, risk and issue logs, escalating concerns and supporting audit, reporting and funding requirements. Facilitate agile project delivery by organising stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, and maintaining project kanban boards with the technical team. Build and maintain effective relationships with University, NHS and external partners, acting as a key point of contact and coordinating communications across stakeholders. Provide high-quality project and administrative support, including meeting coordination, minutes, action plans, financial tracking, and maintenance of project records in line with governance and data protection requirements.
