to join the People and Culture Division to support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and IDEA Research Project Teams. Key duties of the role include providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support, ensuring the smooth operation of governance, projects, communication and stakeholder engagement. You will act as a central coordination point for project and research activity, supporting the delivery and monitoring of action plans, committees and working groups, and enabling senior leads to focus on strategic development. You should be educated to good standard including passes at GCSE grades A–C in English and Mathematics (or have equivalent qualifications or experience). Strong organisational skills, confidence with IT systems (including shared mailboxes), experience of taking minutes at senior meetings and excellent written and verbal communication skills are all essential. Recent administrative experience in a complex organisation and maintaining web content is desirable. Experience of supporting equality, diversity and inclusion activity or diverse stakeholders with a familiarity with inclusive recruitment practices would also be advantageous. This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available on a fixed term basis until 31 August 2027.  We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
