This role is based within the University’s Wellbeing and Welfare team. This team comprises of Psychological Therapies, Mental Health and Accessibility and is made up of approximately 120 colleagues including clinically qualified mental health practitioners, Wellbeing Consultants and a team of Professional Services administration staff, alongside the University-wide Welfare team for general student support in residences and in academic Colleges. Main purpose of the Role:To provide in-person reception cover to our wellbeing services offices based on both Streatham and St Luke's campus. The post-holder will assist in resolving queries, booking appointments and sign posting students to wellbeing services. They will also take the lead in an administrative area which could include enquiries, appointment waiting lists, minuting meetings and mailbox enquiries.
