Job summary London Film School is seeking an organised and proactive Academic Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our world-leading postgraduate film programmes. Working closely with the Academic Programme Manager, Course Leaders and academic staff, you will play a key role in coordinating timetables, supporting academic administration, and ensuring an excellent experience for students, staff and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and creative environment at one of the world's most respected film schools. What you’ll do Coordinate, maintain and deliver timetables across multiple academic programmes using timetabling systems. Act as the first point of contact for academic programme enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support. Work closely with Course Leaders and academic staff to schedule classes, workshops, assessments, meetings and events. Manage room bookings and resource allocation, balancing competing priorities across the School. Support the maintenance of course information and resources within the Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle). Assist with the preparation and coordination of academic meetings, including agendas, papers and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support the effective delivery of teaching and learning activities.
