The Bid Coordinator works closely with faculty, Client Relations, Programme Design and Delivery, Finance, and the wider Lifelong Learning Division to produce high‑quality, commercially competitive proposals that meet client needs and support revenue growth. The role requires a working knowledge of executive education or professional learning markets, strong coordination skills, excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to support bidding processes, coordinate projects, and manage multiple submission deadlines simultaneously. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Experience supporting bid coordination activities in a professional services, education or client‑facing environment. Experience supporting bid, proposal or tender processes. Ability to produce clear, well‑structured written content for client‑facing materials, including drafting sections of proposals and supporting documentation. The ability to convey information accurately to a range of audiences, including faculty, professional services colleagues and client‑facing teams.
