employability activities across the School. This includes placements, year-in-industry opportunities, employer-led projects, mentoring schemes, and, where applicable, study abroad and exchange programmes. Working closely with academic colleagues, Professional Services teams, Careers and Employability, and external partners, the postholder will support the delivery of high-quality student opportunities, oversee operational processes, develop employer relationships, monitor participation and outcomes, and ensure activities are delivered in line with institutional policies and quality standards. The role also contributes to the promotion, evaluation and continuous improvement of experiential learning provision. About you You will be an organised and proactive professional with experience of coordinating employability, placements, internships, employer engagement activity, or other experiential learning opportunities within higher education or a comparable environment. You will have strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with students, staff and external partners. You will be confident using data and feedback to evaluate activities and drive improvements, while demonstrating a commitment to inclusive practice and delivering excellent student experiences.
