We are seeking an experienced People Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering an innovative people agenda across our University. Working closely with senior leaders across Professional Services and Academic portfolios, you will provide expert advice and partnership at both strategic and operational levels. You will lead the development of tailored People Plans, ensuring alignment with the University's strategic objectives while delivering impactful solutions that enhance staff and student experiences. As a trusted advisor, you will coach and support leaders on talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, and complex people matters. You will also play a key role in leading organisational change initiatives and embedding our new People Strategy across the institution. The successful candidate will bring strong business partnering experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate workforce data into meaningful, evidence-based people solutions. A collaborative mindset, commercial awareness, and a passion for continuous improvement will be essential.
