Driven by a belief that art should be accessible to all, the Courtauld inspires new audiences through exhibitions, events, education and community programmes, helping people better understand and engage with the visual world.  People Partner (Engagement, Experience & Development)  We're looking for a People Partner (Engagement, Experience & Development) to join our People Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how our staff experience life at the Courtauld, from induction through to learning, development, performance, and enagagement. Working closely with the Head of People, managers across the organisation, and fellow People Partners, you will lead initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. You'll use your expertise to deliver impactful learning and development programmes, champion employee engagement, support organisational change, and provide trusted HR advice across a broad range of people matters.  Role Details  Permanent | Full-time, 35 hours per week | Hybrid Working | Grade 7,  £52,947 - £60,658 per annum including London Allowance  What We're Looking For  We're looking for an experienced people professional who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and helping colleagues reach their full potential. You'll bring a strong background in employee engagement, learning and development, and people partnering, along with the confidence to build trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation. You'll be collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to use data and insight to drive positive change and continuously improve how people experience working at the Courtauld. The ideal candidate will have:  Proven experience delivering employee engagement and development initiatives.  Strong knowledge of employee relations and people management practices.  Experience partnering with managers to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.  An analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making.  A passion for creating inclusive, positive workplace experiences and supporting organisational growth.  Experience within higher education, arts, cultural, charity or not-for-profit sectors would be advantageous.  Key Responsibilities  Lead and enhance employee engagement and experience initiatives across the Courtauld.  Manage and continuously improve the staff induction and probation processes.  Coordinate and deliver organisation-wide learning and development programmes, including mandatory training.  Lead the development and implementation of performance review processes.  Manage apprenticeship programmes and maximise use of the Apprenticeship Levy.  Provide expert advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary and organisational change.  Analyse people data and produce meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making.  Support the review and development of HR policies, procedures and people initiatives.  Champion equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging across all people practices.  How to Apply  We'd love to hear from you.
