Reporting to the Business Architect, and working closely with colleagues in the Human Resources, IT and Business Improvement Unit, you will make a significant contribution to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR information systems and processes through the optimisation and utilisation of relevant systems, documenting and analysing business processes, supporting business process improvements and changes, and enabling the provision of key business data and reporting. You will communicate and collaborate effectively and will already have some experience, perhaps gained in a similar HE environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate and work effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
