About You You will have experience working in a busy bar or hospitality environment and be confident leading and developing a team. Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, you will lead by example and create a positive, service-focused culture. You'll have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment. Experience of stock control, cash handling, licensing regulations, and bar operations is highly desirable. A Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and a flexible approach to working hours are essential.
